 The clear span of the riding arena is 80' wide x 300' long, including a section for bleacher seating, and a round pen 50' in diameter. There is a water sprinkler system overhead for watering down the arena. |

 The main barn has a break room, restroom, utility room, 2 tack rooms, area for hay storage, a broom closet, fly spray system closet, and a feed room. |
 There is a fly spray system in the main barn, and arena barn. The main barn has 2 xtra large jumbo stalls 19x12, 2 jumbo stalls 16x12, and 16-12x12 stalls, 5 of which have runs. |
 There are blanket bars, & fresh shavings for bedding the stalls. |
